“Invest in Real Estate” – Television Personality Kachi offers Kellyrae advice on how to handle his prize money.

Kachi Ucheagwu, a star from Ultimate Love, has shared his heartfelt congratulations with Kellyrae Sule, the recent winner of the Big Brother Naija No Loose Guard edition. In a video message, Kachi offered insightful advice on how Kellyrae should wisely manage his ₦60 million prize money.

Kachi urged Kellyrae to resist pressure from others suggesting he share the winnings with his wife, Kassia, emphasizing instead the importance of focusing on solid investments. He specifically recommended that Kellyrae consider investing in real estate, advising him to look in the heart of Lekki in Lagos rather than the outskirts.

In his analysis, Kachi pointed out the potential for profit, noting that purchasing land now could yield a significant return when property values increase over time. He highlighted the current fluctuations in the dollar against the naira, explaining that while the prize money was worth approximately $44,000 when Kellyrae was in the Big Brother house, it has now dropped to about $36,000.

Additionally, Kachi cautioned Kellyrae against pursuing a music career, referencing the challenges faced by previous Big Brother Naija contestants in that field. Despite this advice, Kellyrae mentioned in a separate interview his intention to invest part of his prize money while also allocating some funds toward his music aspirations.
