Governor-Elect Monday Okpebholo Expresses Gratitude to Edo Citizens Ahead of Swearing-In
Edo State Governor-Elect, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has once again captured the attention of the public with a viral video in which he, along with his Deputy, Hon. Dennis Idahosa, expressed profound gratitude to the people of Edo State. The video, which has been widely shared, also featured former Edo State Governor and APC leader, Adams Oshiomhole, alongside other notable political figures.
In the video, Okpebholo thanked the people for their overwhelming support during the election, promising that he would not take their trust for granted. He assured the citizens that the upcoming administration, set to begin on November 12, 2024, would deliver on all campaign promises, including infrastructural development, job creation, and economic revitalization.
“We are here today because of the mandate given to us by the people of Edo State. My Deputy, Hon. Dennis Idahosa, and I will work tirelessly to improve the lives of all Edo citizens,” Okpebholo said.
Accompanying the Governor-Elect, Adams Oshiomhole, a key figure in Okpebholo’s campaign, also expressed confidence that Edo State is poised for a brighter future under the new leadership.
