Nigerians, including celebrities and fans, have voiced their opinions on the ongoing conflict between Speed Darlington and Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ogulu.
Recent reports indicated that Speed Darlington had gone missing, as a friend mentioned they hadn’t heard from him for several days. It was later revealed that he had been arrested. Upon his release, fans learned that the reason behind his arrest was linked to a line in Burna Boy’s song “Don’t Cross That Line,” where he explicitly warns that anyone who disrespects his mother will face consequences.
Speed Darlington seemingly crossed that line when a video emerged of him insulting Burna Boy’s mother. Fans speculate that this incident explains his arrest, noting that Burna Boy had already issued a clear warning about disrespecting his family.
